Would you like to be part of building and shaping a newly arriving company in Hungary?
At our network and telecommunications equipment service provider partner, this is now possible! We are looking for a new colleague in the administrative assistant role who will assist in ensuring smooth office operations in Kisbér.
Main responsibilities are:
- Meeting Coordination: efficiently organize and document management meetings
- Administrative System Oversight: assist in enhancing and implementing their internal administrative processes
- Office Environment Management: ensure a comfortable and productive workspace for employees
- Supply Management: procure and manage office supplies, equipment and furniture
- Employee Engagement: foster a positive work culture through occasional internal employee activities
- External Liaison: handle external office facility maintenance and government relations
- Human resaurce management: help in the recruitment and onboarding processes

Elvárások:
Required skills and competencies:
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written form in English
- Minimum 3 years of office administration, HR administration experience
- B category driver's license
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Be open to participate in the establishment of a new office, new factory
