Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing administrative processes, procedures, and operating systems to ensure efficient and smooth operation
- Managing and coordinating the administrative organization, including providing professional support to administrative team leaders and coordinating their work
- Supervising the training, scheduling, and performance of administrative staff
- Comprehensive supervision and coordination of office operations, facilities (accommodations), and maintenance tasks
- Managing and supporting the work of cleaning managers
- Operational and administrative management of the company's vehicle fleet and drivers
- Organization and supervision of communication and record-keeping systems (databases, document management, correspondence) throughout the organization
- Participation in the preparation of the administrative and operating budget, support for cost control
- Monitoring compliance with internal regulations and process descriptions, developing improvement proposals
- Preparing reports and statements for the General Manager, working closely with other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, management, or a related field
- Several years of experience in an administrative management or similar coordination role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, a systems-oriented mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approach
- Advanced knowledge of administrative processes and process management
- User-level proficiency in MS Office
- Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken

- Experience in greenfield investment
- Chinese language knowledge
