Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating daily AP operational activities
Acting as escalation point for complex AP, Finance, and Sourcing issues
Building a high‑performing team culture based on trust, collaboration, and open communication
Managing team performance through clear expectations, regular feedback, and formal appraisals
Monitoring team performance through quantitative and qualitative metrics (KPIs / SLAs)
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and talent development activities
Driving compliance with internal policies, procedures, and control requirements
Participating and/ or leading projects
Making decisions that directly impact operations as well as internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
University or college degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting with proven subject‑matter expertise in AP
At least 1 year of experience in a senior or lead AP role
Formal people‑management experience
