Feladatok:

Manage daily AP operations including master data, invoice processing, payments, corrections, and closing activities
Verify and process invoices in line with internal policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with agreed service levels and operational guidelines
Identify, investigate, and resolve issues efficiently
Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with business stakeholders and maintain professional supplier relationships
Provide high-quality customer and supplier support
Maintain and regularly update process documentation and work instructions

Elvárások:

2+ years of accounting experience, primarily in Accounts Payable
Strong English and Italian skills are required
Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Continuous improvement & quality mindset with strong customer focus
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enthusiastic about building and supporting a new Shared Service Center
