Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate internal financial records
- Process and book incoming and outgoing invoices
- Prepare payment proposals and monitor payment timelines
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, stakeholders, and external suppliers
- Act as a key contact point for issue resolution and process improvement
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Fluent English is required; knowledge of another European language is a strong advantage
- 1-2 years of experience in AP / PTP accounting
- Fast learner with strong adaptability to new systems and processes
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative personality
