    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accounting Team Leader to lead a team of approximately 8-9 Financial Accountants in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure high-quality financial delivery, and support the professional development of your team.

    This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines strong accounting expertise with people management skills and enjoys driving operational excellence in a collaborative setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 8-9 Financial Accountants
    • Coordinate daily accounting operations and month-end closing activities
    • Ensure accurate and timely journal postings, reconciliations, and reporting
    • Review accounting entries and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Oversee accounting processes across multiple legal entities
    • Maintain and monitor intercompany transactions and balances
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and regional finance teams
    • Support audit, tax, and compliance-related activities
    • Drive process improvements and contribute to standardization initiatives
    • Monitor KPIs and ensure service quality within the team

    Requirements

    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
    • 10+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations
    • Previous experience leading a smaller accounting team
    • Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting processes
    • Fluent English communication skills
    • Confident stakeholder management and coordination skills
    • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Experience in SSC or international corporate environment
