Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of skilled finance professionals
- Monitor team performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Support month-end closings, reconciliations, and complex accounting processes
- Onboard and mentor new colleagues, fostering growth and collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Contribute to process optimization and system implementation projects
Requirements
What You Bring
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Solid technical accounting knowledge (IFRS experience is an advantage)
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to motivate others
