Accounting Specialist

Your Mission
Support Daily Accounting Operations
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment documentation
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping in compliance with Hungarian accounting standards
• Monitor cash flow and support bank reconciliations
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records

Support Compliance & Reporting
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Prepare financial reports and basic analysis for management review
• Coordinate with external accounting firms, tax advisors, and auditors
• Support VAT declarations, tax filings, and statutory reporting
• Ensure compliance with Hungarian financial regulations and internal group policies
Support Administrative & Operational Coordination
• Liaise with local authorities (tax office, banks, service providers) when required
• Support payroll coordination and employee expense management
• Contribute to budgeting and cost monitoring activities
• Provide financial data support for business decisions and operational planning
