Accounting Service Manager – Könyvelő Manager

About the role

Our Accounting and Tax Manager position is the best fit for you in case Connection, Communication and Development are your core values in relation to Colleagues and Clients as well.

In this role instead of being totally involved in operational work you could concentrate on dealing with people on a daily basis.

As a People Manager you would act as a role model for your team, build team spirit and support their career path and development through feedback.

As a Client Manager you would build trust and ensure a great relationship with our clients, review their needs and level of service excellence. If you are a pioneer, by TMF you can receive the support you need from Leadership, Automatization and SME teams, to realize your ideas and reach your goals.

What would you do as part of our team?

People Management:

Ensures seamless collaboration within your team and cross teams within the department, with affiliates, local and market leaders, and with regional function colleagues in local and foreign offices.
Owns workforce planning, maintains optimal workforce allocation.
Performance evaluation of direct subordinates; responsibility for proposing rewards and salaries
Support in selection process, conducting interviews with potential candidates.

Support Business and Managing Clients:

Responsible for the flawless delivery of our services
Supports Group/Market priorities and projects
Strives for continuous improvement of client and employee satisfaction
Handles customer quality escalations for the services

Collaboration with stakeholders:

Participation in professional and other necessary (Sales, HR, Finance) meetings
Plays active role in business development activity
Cooperating with Finance Department, approves invoices and manages client invoicing process of respective teams’ clients

You are the ideal candidate, if you have…

BSc or MSc degree in finance, accounting or other economic fields
Good understanding and knowledge of full scope accounting;
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Tax with at least 2 years of experience working in a client-facing environment;
Fluent English;
Positive, solution driven attitude;
Hunger to learn and grow;
Dedicated team player attitude with effective communication skills;
