Feladatok
- Takes responsibility for comprehensive accounting processes of supervised companies
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements
- Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors
- Manages taxation relationships of the companies
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements
- Handles company relationships via ‘Company Gate’
- Meets data delivery duties toward authorities (e.g. MNB, KSH)
- Secures financial information by completing database backups
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Collaborates with group companies’ accountant and finance team
Elvárások
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy or relevant departments,
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience,
- Strong understanding of and experience on ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage),
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills including expertise in MS Excel,
- Ability to meet the required deadlines,
- Team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Solid command of Tax legislation and accounting standards
- Excellent organization, administrative (accuracy) and follow-up skills
- Registration as chartered accountant is a must
- International accountancy qualification and knowledge is an advantage
