Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes related to fixed assets, inventory, and lease accounting
- Monitor, review, and ensure the quality and accuracy of accounting activities in these domains.
- Support the preparation of annual financial statements, ensuring full compliance with IPSAS standards and alignment with organizational policies
- Conduct financial analyses and reconciliations, including comparisons between IPSAS/IFRS and internal management accounting frameworks.
- Develop and maintain high-quality financial documentation, reports, and technical accounting papers
- Prepare and deliver responses to audit queries and provide technical explanations in professional financial English
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of global accounting operations
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for fixed assets, inventory, and lease accounting, offering guidance and training to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting
- Solid experience in fixed asset, inventory, and lease accounting, including reconciliations
- Strong background in IFRS or IPSAS financial reporting and audits
- Skilled in preparing technical accounting papers and managing audits
