Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Maintain structured records of supplier / sales invoices and payment statuses.
  • Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
  • Support repayment discussions when needed.
  • Generate and maintain financial reports aligned with corporate deadlines.
  • Compile inputs for P&L, IDL, and other management reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify, explain, and document variances in financial results.
  • Monitor the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Implement controls to reduce errors in data entry and reporting.
  • Perform regular cross-checks to detect inconsistencies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal standards.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support decision-making.
  • Act as a reliable contact point for customers on invoicing and payment topics.
  • Support continuous improvement of finance-related processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounting, controlling, or financial analysis; logistics background is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
