Feladatok

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, supporting key accounting and reporting processes while collaborating across departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities:

Process, verify, and record supplier and customer invoices in the accounting system
Reconcile invoices with contracts, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations
Issue customer invoices and manage related documentation
Track incoming invoices, receipts, and payments
Support month-end closing activities and prepare accruals
Prepare reconciliations, reports, and monthly statements
Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal departments
Assist auditors by providing required documentation
Participate in the implementation and testing of the new ERP system
Improve financial processes and ensure compliance with internal policies
Maintain accurate and timely accounting records
Collaborate with the international finance team on group reporting

Elvárások

University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Accuracy, reliability, and analytical mindset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confident user of MS Excel and other office applications
