Accountant - real estate sector (103-7-43382/PR)
Feladatok:
On behalf of our multinational partner who has a wide range of portfolio (real estate management, retail, renewable energy) we are looking for an Experienced Accountant.
The responsibilities will be:
- full scale accounting of a property
- taking part in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process and financial statement preparation and submission
- support the yearly statutory audit
- assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
- keeping in touch with the partners and the suppliers

Elvárások:
- University / College degree / Chartered accountant qualification
- 2-4 years' experience in accounting (HAS standard), real estate sector experience is an advantage
- upper intermediate English (it will be used on a daily basis)
- Navision and IFRS knowledge is a "nice to have"
- confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications
- excellent problem solving skills
- ability to work with tight deadlines
