Responsibilities

  • Responsible for bookkeeping and administrative activities related to the receipt and processing of documentation, support for sales and service processes, oral and written communication with external collaborators, as well as the implementation of operational activities necessary for the successful conduct of each working day.
  • Timely, precise, and accurate recording of business changes, and preparation of daily and periodic reports for the needs of domestic reporting.
  • Knowledge and use of accounting programs in accordance with regulations, as well as responsibility for the preparation of data for audit purposes or external collaborators.
  • Acceptance of the philosophy of daily progress and commitment to regular training, with active and sincere support to other colleagues.
  • Mutual respect and flawless communication with all members of our team and external collaborators.
  • Presentation of the traditional values ​​of our family company to visitors of PETITE GENEVE PETROVIĆ.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of bookkeeping is a must
  • Independence in work, an initiative in making decisions based on knowledge and following regulations, reliability in information, and commitment to providing support to other team members.
  • Systematic, precise, and analytical approach to data, as well as understanding the functioning of a company that operates in an international framework.
  • Eloquence and politeness both orally and in writing.
  • A highly developed sense of empathy and the ability to understand the needs of others.
  • An exceptional culture of responsibility, personal integrity, and ethics.
  • Flexibility, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Ease of using basic computer programs.
  • Knowledge of English language is an advantage. 
  • Working previously at an accounting firm is an advantage.
