Responsibilities

Booking the invoices, bank, general ledger on daily basis
Prepare daily cash flow report based on bank accounts
Checking the suppliers year-end balance, turnover and confirm them
Participating in the monthly closing
Participating in VAT reporting
Prepare KSH and MNB statistic report
Providing overall support for colleagues working in finance team, close cooperation with Finance Manager

Requirements

At least a secondary degree in economics / finance or BSC/MSC degree in finance or similar
Qualified accountant, registered accountant is an advantage
Oracle/SAP knowledge is an advantage
Communication level in English
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business needs and influence business impact
Can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details and accurate data management
