  • continuous monitoring of customer receivables for EMEA region, identifying the causes of non-payment
  • supporting the Treasury department in the cash allocation process
  • issuing correction and special invoices based on information received from the sales team, as a result of identified payment differences or by processing customer debit notices
  • monitoring price differences and providing technical support to the team on price adjustment matters
  • preparing the Cashflow AR Forecast, follow-up deviances
  • preparing of complex receivables reports (30+ days overdues, bad debt, sales accruals, etc.)
  • supporting of customer claiming issues (quality, logistics, debit notes)
  • College or university degree a relevant field (finance/economics)

  • you have 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment

  • high-level knowledge of SAP

  • high-level proficiency of MS Excel

  • fluent English

  • ability to work effectively in a multinational environment

  • accuracy, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility

  • independence, problem-solving skills, effective communication, proactive mindset and flexibility
