ACCOUNTANT (AP)
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Booking and payment of invoices
- Monthly reconciliations
- Handle expenses reports
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing
- Intercompany invoicing
- Maintain supplier database
- Track invoices to resolve accounting issues with providers
- Participate to financial audit
- Support your colleagues in other accounting tasks
- Participation in accounting related projects.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- College degree in Economics or certified accountant degree
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in AP and GL) in an international environment
- Experience in any ERP system
- Working knowledge of Office 365 IT tools
- Active English both written and oral (medium level)
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
PERSONALITY, SOFT SKILLS
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize
- Stress resistance and ability to process a high volume of work
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in any ERP system (Oracle is an advantage)
- Fluent English knowledge
- Knowledge of French and German are a BIG plus
