Responsibilities

Diligent management of assigned program/s including client servicing
Service delivery
Exceptions processing
Program monitoring
Risks reporting
Responsibility for daily tasks within the program
Monitoring the program process
Training program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems
Evaluation and issuance of change requests and review with the client
Implementation and monitoring of agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes)
Regular updating of agreements and all program relevant manuals
Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior
User acceptance testing of new features to be released to production
Development and maintenance of professional relationships with business partners
Adherence to company & Program Operations policies
Contribution to a positive, transparent, open, and creative thinking working environment
Participation in tasks/projects not directly related to this function or enhancing Program Operations when required

Requirements

Fluency in English
Intermediate or higher proficiency in French
Ability to thrive in a multi-task environment with competing priorities and deadlines/deliverables
Ability to remain poised and calm under pressure
Structured, fact-based way of work
Prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High organization with strong attention to detail
Team player with energetic, enthusiastic, and personable attitude
Ability to perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
