Responsibilities
Execute Group sales strategy for Professional channels and drive, lead and develop sales to achieve set targets by developing and managing the customer relationships.
What do we expect from you?
- Building long term relationship with Customers (wholesalers, distributors) in the sales area regarding Professional products in B2B/B2C segments
- Analyze customer data and identify customer trends
- Develop and implement Sales in line with general Sales targets and plans
- Maintain Customer data in agreed systems: CRM, SAP, PT etc.
- Practical processing of data in other systems: BW, Power BI, Showell etc.
- Acquisition of new customers
- Pricing according to Metsä Tissue KPI’s
- Placing new products in the market
- Reaching and putting into action the orders
- Market-/ competition observation
- Examination and qualification of customer demands
- Place innovations, as e.g. new products
- Communicate Customer´s demand and feedback
- Support of the complaint processing
- Participation in sales-events and fairs
- Project work
- Sales planning and forecasting for short and long term
- Cooperation with Customer Sales Teams
- Manage Customer agreement templates
- Manage rebates accruals and settlements
Requirements
- Master degree in business administration, sales or marketing
- Local language
- English, written and spoken
- Other relevant languages are beneficial
- Driving license
- SAP/CRM knowledge
- Ability to set long term and short term sales plans
- Ability to set sales objectives and priorities
- Ability to manage market segmentation
- Ability to steer pricing
- Ability to define target values for KPIs
- Ability to drive sales performance
- Ability to forecast sales and analyze results
- Ability to build value proposition
- Ability to offer, negotiate, close deals and manage rebates and accruals
- Ability to manage Customer relations
