Responsibilities

Ownership of account and commercial strategy
Building executive-level trust
Orchestration of pre-sales and upsales
Management of financial health
Leadership of the account leadership team

Shaping the account's internal identity

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in client-facing or commercial roles within the software development or IT services industry
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity managing client accounts
Proven track record of managing multi-stream projects
Experience running business reviews (QBRs)
Experience building relationships with various corporate stakeholders
Strong commercial awareness including understanding of engagement models and basic financial literacy
Practical experience managing commercial agreements and contracts throughout their lifecycle
Technical literacy including solid understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and modern digital trends
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluent English in both written and spoken form
Strategic mindset with analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
