Responsibilities

Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery calls, demos, proposals, and deal closure
Collaborate closely with the CEO and product team to define strategy and execution plans
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders
Identify client pain points and articulate the company’s value proposition clearly and persuasively
Work with inbound and outbound leads to drive consistent pipeline growth
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Provide customer feedback to internal teams to help shape product direction

Requirements

6+ months of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales
Proven ability to manage and close deals independently
Strong understanding of modern sales processes and pipeline management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Confidence in engaging with technical buyers (cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure)
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory with strong experience)
