Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the sales rep on a select number of customers, providing technical leadership and support
Convince the customer of the value of Oracle Cloud Technologies
Assure the customer gets the best outcomes from their investments
Work with the sales team and enterprise customers in the region
Lead different teams to support customers in their transformation journey to Oracle cloud
Create a unique experience and support customer success
Responsible for customer lifecycle from project concept to usage and expansion of Oracle Cloud infrastructure (OCI)
Collaborate closely with the Cloud Sales Rep to define/drive sales strategy, identify and win new customers and new cloud workloads
Maintain awareness of the customer’s infrastructure and act as an advisor and influencer to customer technical teams and decision makers
Orchestrate the technical resources and teams required to ensure technology drives customer business outcome and sustainable usage/growth
Collaborate closely with Cloud Adoption Managers to assure successful cloud adoption and positive customer experience
Orchestrate all technical account management activity in the account and lead presales activities
Define account strategy, execute and drive growth for Cloud business
Act as a Trusted Technical Advisor to customers
Understand customers overall IT portfolio, IT and business priorities and establish solutions that address customer needs
Ensure customers/prospects are informed and educated on Oracle emerging technologies and their value
Present Oracle's technology demonstrating deep familiarity with infrastructure, security and integration capabilities
Act as customer single technical point of contact for cloud engineering resources
Lead activities and teams to position the value of OCI and meet/exceed customer expectations
Assemble and lead virtual teams of Technical Specialists to support creating solutions, designing architectures, delivering POCs and tailored technical workshops during sales cycles
Engage the Cloud Adoption team for delivery management and ongoing customer retention activities

Requirements

Broad technical experience of Cloud Infrastructure and Platform solutions
Strong understanding of cloud architecture
Knowledge of Oracle platform services and cloud infrastructure is a strong advantage but not essential
Demonstrate leadership capabilities including ability to delegate activities to specialist roles and teams
Strong knowledge and understanding of Cloud concepts
Knowledge of Oracle cloud considered a strong advantage
Ability to articulate Cloud offerings in the market and discuss architectures
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of management (IT management, Architects, administrators, executives)
Experience in understanding complex customer ecosystems and translating customer needs into workable solutions
Familiarity with Oracle or 3rd party Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
High level of commercial business understanding and curiosity
Intelligence to identify key trends and insights and leverage them in decision making and execution within customer
Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels in a customer
Ability to build relationships to grow business and act as a partner to customers, not only a vendor
Fluency in English with Hungarian as either native language or extremely fluent
