Responsibilities

Provide timely and efficient support/ communication for our Sales offices
Provide excellent services for flight reservations and ticketing through Amadeus
Produce cost-effective safe flight solutions for students
Work towards budget and quality targets for transport solutions
Work closely with all teams to provide best options for students
Handle issues or exceptions with airlines maintaining strong relationships

Requirements

A degree in tourism, hospitality, or related disciplines is preferred
Minimum 2 years of work experience within travel/tourism industry, transport/logistics, or operations is a plus
Excellent written and spoken skills in English
Any other language is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
GDS experience - Amadeus is a great advantage
Experience or study in an international environment is preferred
