An international, global leading medical device manufacturer is looking for experienced colleagues for its new start-up location (Tuttnauer Kft.) in Dunakeszi

The Process Quality Control Specialist is responsible for performing in-process quality checks on the assembly line to ensure that medical devices meet internal standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity, patient safety, and compliance with industry standards.
 

  • Conduct routine in-process inspections and tests during various stages of the assembly process.
  • Verify that components and assembled products meet defined specifications and quality standards.
  • Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve quality issues in real time.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related issues.
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate in English
  • High school diploma or technical degree
  • Experience in a regulated industry, ideally medical devices, pharmaceuticals or automotive industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • a background in quality assurance or manufacturing is preferred
