Technical Details About The Position
Location: Debrecen, Hungary
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Hours: 08:30–17:00 (1-hour break)
Type: Full-time

What You Will Do

- Be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing remote technical support.
- Dive into complex issues, diagnosing and resolving them with confidence.
- Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights and working together to solve customer challenges.

- You are fluent in both German and English.
- You have a genuine passion for technical problem-solving
- You are an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts simply and clearly
