We are looking for a Customer Service Intern with strong Polish and English communication skills to join their Budapest Business Service Centre.

  • Processing incoming orders via email or web systems and managing the order lifecycle
  • Communicating with Polish-speaking customers and handling customer requests
  • Preparing quotations and managing basic complaint administration
  • Providing customer service support for both clients and the internal team
  • Collaborating with international teams in English
  • Active full-time student status
  • Availability to work 25–30 hours per week
  • Confident Polish language skills (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
  • Confident English language skills (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • English CV required
  • Gross 2,200 HUF/hour
