We are looking for a Customer Service Intern with strong Polish and English communication skills to join their Budapest Business Service Centre.

Tasks
- Processing incoming orders via email or web systems and managing the order lifecycle
- Communicating with Polish-speaking customers and handling customer requests
- Preparing quotations and managing basic complaint administration
- Providing customer service support for both clients and the internal team
- Collaborating with international teams in English
Requirements
- Active full-time student status
- Availability to work 25–30 hours per week
- Confident Polish language skills (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
- Confident English language skills (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude
- English CV required
