building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and identifying AI opportunities
collaborating with product managers, data scientists and engineers to translate client needs into actionable AI solutions

supporting client relationship management, contract negotiation and the post‑implementation phase
ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term value through continuous engagement and performance tracking
providing feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience
representing KPMG at regional conferences, industry events and networking forums
supporting internal training and enablement initiatives to scale AI knowledge across the organization

minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner or consultant in AI or technology services
business‑level understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI (LLMs), NLP, computer vision and data analytics
familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI deployment frameworks
a proven track record of supporting client relationship management and delivering complex solutions
excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and at least one CEE regional language
ability to work across cultures and navigate regional business environments
a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
willingness to travel across the CEE region as needed
