Ez a kifejez\u00e9s sokak sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra \u00faj lehet, de nemzetk\u00f6zileg egyre nagyobb teret nyert az ut\u00f3bbi id\u0151ben, hiszen a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k egyre tudatosabban reag\u00e1lnak a k\u00f6rnyezet\u00fckben \u00e9rz\u00e9kelhet\u0151 negat\u00edv tapasztalatokra.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A wellbeing-washing eset\u00e9ben a v\u00e1llalatok \u00e9s vezet\u0151ik a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 j\u00f3ll\u00e9ti ir\u00e1nyelveket, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a munka-mag\u00e1n\u00e9let egyens\u00faly\u00e1t, a ment\u00e1lis \u00e9s fizik\u00e1lis eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g fontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t hangoztatj\u00e1k, a val\u00f3s tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9geik azonban ezzel nincsenek p\u00e1rhuzamban, \u00e9rdemi t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st m\u00e9gsem ny\u00fajtanak. Az ilyen megjelen\u00edt\u00e9sek azt a hamis benyom\u00e1st keltik az emberekben, hogy az adott c\u00e9gn\u00e9l j\u00f3 dolgozni, hiszen vir\u00e1gzik a szervezeti kult\u00fara, a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k azonban \u00fagy \u00e9rzhetik, hogy a szervezet\u00fck tisztess\u00e9gtelen, s\u0151t k\u00e9pmutat\u00f3, ami id\u0151vel \u00e1rthat a h\u00edrn\u00e9vnek \u00e9s a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i m\u00e1rk\u00e1nak is.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A lehets\u00e9ges k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyek sz\u00e9les sk\u00e1l\u00e1n mozoghatnak a negat\u00edv online \u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9sekt\u0151l kezdve a szem\u00e9lyzet t\u00e1voz\u00e1s\u00e1n \u00e1t az \u00e9rdekelt felek bizalm\u00e1nak elveszt\u00e9s\u00e9ig.
