Az el\u00e9rhet\u0151 \u00e1ll\u00e1sok sz\u00e1ma az elm\u00falt m\u00e1sf\u00e9l \u00e9vhez hasonl\u00f3an tov\u00e1bbra is cs\u00f6kken \u00e9v-\u00e9v \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban, de m\u00e1r csak 2,9%-kal marad el a tavalyit\u00f3l <\/strong><strong>\u2013 mutatott r\u00e1 a Profession.hu aktu\u00e1lis negyed\u00e9ves jelent\u00e9se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9rs\u00e9kl\u0151dnek a kileng\u00e9sek a hazai munkaer\u0151piacon, k\u00f6zel\u00edt egym\u00e1shoz a munkaer\u0151-kereslet \u00e9s -k\u00edn\u00e1lat. M\u00edg tavaly ilyenkor 44%-ot n\u0151tt az \u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9sekre leadott jelentkez\u00e9sek sz\u00e1ma 2022 azonos id\u0151szak\u00e1hoz k\u00e9pest, addig most csak 17%-ot az el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9vihez m\u00e9rten. Ezzel p\u00e1rhuzamosan 2,9%-kal kevesebb \u00e1ll\u00e1slehet\u0151s\u00e9get publik\u00e1ltak az orsz\u00e1g legl\u00e1togatottabb tematikus \u00e1ll\u00e1sport\u00e1lj\u00e1n \u2013 ez szint\u00e9n m\u00e9rs\u00e9keltebb k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9g a 2023-ban kimutatott 23%-os cs\u00f6kken\u00e9shez viszony\u00edtva.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"tuzesimre\" src=\"https:\/\/www.profession.hu\/hrfeed\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/tuzesimre.jpg\" alt=\"T\u00fczes Imre\" width=\"130\" height=\"195\" data-id=\"6582\" data-width=\"130\" data-height=\"195\" data-init-width=\"500\" data-init-height=\"750\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fczes Imre<\/p>\n<p>a Profession.hu \u00fczletfejleszt\u00e9si igazgat\u00f3ja<\/p>\n<p>Az elm\u00falt k\u00e9t \u00e9s f\u00e9l \u00e9v alatt n\u0151tt a foglalkoztatottak sz\u00e1ma \u00e9s emelkedett a munkan\u00e9lk\u00fclis\u00e9gi r\u00e1ta is a KSH <a style=\"outline: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ksh.hu\/gyorstajekoztatok\/fem\/fem2405.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">adatai<\/a> alapj\u00e1n. Ezzel p\u00e1rhuzamosan a 2022-ben tapasztalt jelent\u0151s munkaer\u0151ig\u00e9ny folyamatos visszarendez\u0151d\u00e9se zajlik, az akkori kimagasl\u00f3 \u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9si sz\u00e1mokat egy alacsonyabb, stagn\u00e1l\u00f3 toborz\u00e1si \u00fctem v\u00e1ltotta fel a munkaad\u00f3i oldalon, az \u00e1ll\u00e1skeres\u0151k azonban akt\u00edvabbak. A jelentkez\u00e9si trendeket elemezve l\u00e1that\u00f3, hogy a b\u00e9rmegjel\u00f6l\u00e9s jelent\u0151s hat\u00e1ssal van a jelentkez\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra (pl. ebben a negyed\u00e9vben 35%-kal t\u00f6bb jelentkez\u0151 \u00e9rkezett azokra a g\u00e9pszerel\u0151t keres\u0151 hirdet\u00e9sekre, amelyekben szerepel az el\u00e9rhet\u0151 fizet\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Minim\u00e1lisan cs\u00f6kkent a meghirdetett \u00e1ll\u00e1sok sz\u00e1ma egy \u00e9v alatt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2024 m\u00e1sodik negyed\u00e9ben az orsz\u00e1g eg\u00e9sz ter\u00fclet\u00e9n \u00e1tlagosan 2,9%-kal cs\u00f6kkent az \u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9sek sz\u00e1ma az el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9v azonos id\u0151szak\u00e1hoz k\u00e9pest. A legnagyobb m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben Veszpr\u00e9m v\u00e1rmegy\u00e9ben lassult a toborz\u00e1s volumene, ahol 21%-kal kevesebb bet\u00f6lt\u00e9sre v\u00e1r\u00f3 \u00e1ll\u00e1st hirdettek meg, mint tavaly ilyenkor. Ezt k\u00f6veti Borsod-Aba\u00faj-Zempl\u00e9n v\u00e1rmegye 16%-os cs\u00f6kken\u00e9ssel, majd Kom\u00e1rom-Esztergom (-13,2%), N\u00f3gr\u00e1d (-10%), Gy\u0151r-Moson-Sopron (-9,9%) \u00e9s B\u00e1cs-Kiskun v\u00e1rmegye (-9,1%). K\u00e9tsz\u00e1mjegy\u0171 n\u00f6veked\u00e9s Szabolcs-Szatm\u00e1r-Bereg (20,4%), B\u00e9k\u00e9s (16,8%), Hajd\u00fa-Bihar (15,6%), J\u00e1sz-Nagykun-Szolnok (15,6%), valamint Vas v\u00e1rmegye (12,2%) eset\u00e9ben l\u00e1that\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 szakm\u00e1k k\u00f6z\u00fcl a legl\u00e1tv\u00e1nyosabb n\u00f6veked\u00e9st a k\u00f6zigazgat\u00e1sban (40,5%) \u00e9s a vend\u00e9gl\u00e1t\u00e1s, idegenforgalomban (39,6%) feladott \u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9sek sz\u00e1ma produk\u00e1lt a vizsg\u00e1lt id\u0151szakban, cs\u00f6kken\u00e9st pedig a mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1g, k\u00f6rnyezet (-24,1%), a m\u00e9rn\u00f6k (-14%) \u00e9s a gy\u00e1rt\u00e1s, termel\u00e9s (-13%).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Csak k\u00e9t v\u00e1rmegy\u00e9ben cs\u00f6kkent az \u00e1ll\u00e1sra p\u00e1ly\u00e1z\u00f3k sz\u00e1ma<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Orsz\u00e1gos szinten k\u00e9tsz\u00e1mjegy\u0171 emelked\u00e9s volt az egy \u00e1ll\u00e1shirdet\u00e9sre es\u0151 jelentkez\u00e9ssz\u00e1mban a IT \u00fczemeltet\u00e9s, telekommunik\u00e1ci\u00f3 (40,3%), a k\u00f6zigazgat\u00e1s (36,9%), a c\u00e9gvezet\u00e9s, menedzsment (35,3%), az IT programoz\u00e1s, fejleszt\u00e9s (31%), az adminisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3, asszisztens, irodai munka (23,7%), a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s, beszerz\u00e9s, logisztika (23,7%), a marketing, m\u00e9dia, PR (23,3%), a szakmunka (20,9%), a vend\u00e9gl\u00e1t\u00e1s, hotel, idegenforgalom (17,7%), a m\u00e9rn\u00f6k (17,1%), az \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151ipar, ingatlan (17%), a fizikai, seg\u00e9d, betan\u00edtott munka (16,1%), a HR, munka\u00fcgy (13,5%), az \u00fcgyf\u00e9lszolg\u00e1lat, vev\u0151szolg\u00e1lat (12,7%), valamint az \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9s, kereskedelem (11,5%) kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1kban hirdetett poz\u00edci\u00f3kn\u00e1l az el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9v m\u00e1sodik negyed\u00e9v\u00e9hez k\u00e9pest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>A v\u00e1rmegy\u00e9nk\u00e9nt el\u00e9rhet\u0151 lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek nagyon elt\u00e9r\u0151ek az orsz\u00e1gon bel\u00fcl, lok\u00e1ci\u00f3t\u00f3l f\u00fcgg\u0151en v\u00e1ltozik, hogy tal\u00e1lkozik-e a kereslet \u00e9s a k\u00edn\u00e1lat<\/em>\u201d \u2013 mondta T\u00fczes Imre. \u201e<em>Ennek kiegyenl\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re bizonyos szakm\u00e1k eset\u00e9ben k\u00e9zenfekv\u0151 megold\u00e1s lehet a home office enged\u00e9lyez\u00e9se<\/em><em>, amit sok c\u00e9g felismert \u00e9s<\/em><em> ez tetten is \u00e9rhet\u0151 a Profession.hu-n aktiv\u00e1lt hirdet\u00e9sekben.
