Azonban az otthoni munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9s lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge sokaknak nem adatik meg: 57%-nak minden alkalommal be kell j\u00e1rni dolgozni az erre kijel\u00f6lt helyre. Ennek oka sokszor vezet\u0151i korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s, hiszen saj\u00e1t meg\u00edt\u00e9l\u00e9s\u00fck szerint a munk\u00e1jukat r\u00e9szben vagy teljes eg\u00e9szben otthonr\u00f3l is el tudn\u00e1k v\u00e9gezni, m\u00e9gsem enged\u00e9lyezik ezt sz\u00e1mukra. A j\u00f6v\u0151re val\u00f3 kil\u00e1t\u00e1sok kapcs\u00e1n a dolgoz\u00f3k negyede bor\u00fal\u00e1t\u00f3: a home office lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9nek sz\u0171k\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9re sz\u00e1m\u00edt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00e1r a magyar dolgoz\u00f3k t\u00falnyom\u00f3 t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ge (76%) t\u00e1mogatja a t\u00e1voli\/otthoni munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9st \u00e9s mind\u00f6ssze 15% azok ar\u00e1nya, akik kifejezetten ellenzik azt, az erre vonatkoz\u00f3 munkahelyi szab\u00e1lyok t\u00f6bbnyire nem a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k d\u00f6nt\u00e9s\u00e9n m\u00falnak. Jelenleg t\u00edzb\u0151l hat embernek csak a kijel\u00f6lt munkahely\u00e9r\u0151l van lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge dolgozni, pedig k\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fck sokan saj\u00e1t meg\u00edt\u00e9l\u00e9s\u00fck szerint t\u00f6bbnyire (29%), vagy ak\u00e1r teljesen (27%) el tudn\u00e1k v\u00e9gezni a munk\u00e1jukat otthonr\u00f3l is \u2013 mutat r\u00e1 a Profession.hu 1000 f\u0151 megk\u00e9rdez\u00e9s\u00e9vel k\u00e9sz\u00edtett orsz\u00e1gosan reprezentat\u00edv kutat\u00e1sa.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ahol nincsen home office lehet\u0151s\u00e9g<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sok esetben a munka term\u00e9szete miatt nem is lehet t\u00e1voli munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9sr\u0151l besz\u00e9lni, hiszen a mindennapi feladatok egy konkr\u00e9t helyhez k\u00f6tik az illet\u0151t, t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00fck p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul olyan fizikai munk\u00e1t v\u00e9gez (58%) mint az \u00e1rusz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s, vagy a bolti \u00e9rt\u00e9kes\u00edt\u00e9s, de szellemi munkak\u00f6rben is sok olyan alkalmazott van (27%), akiknek minden alkalommal be kell j\u00e1rniuk egy adott helyre, hogy el tudj\u00e1k l\u00e1tni a feladataikat. K\u00f6zel ilyen gyakori (44%), hogy a koll\u00e9g\u00e1k egy r\u00e9sze kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag t\u00e1volr\u00f3l dolgozik, m\u00edg a t\u00f6bbiek minden nap bej\u00e1rnak (2023-ban 35% volt).
