• making rolling forecasts, closing at the end of the month and dividing internal costs
• analysis of deviations and improvement opportunities
• partnership with cost center, service and project managers in the planning and analysis of the areas under their responsibility

• Own and manage global HR dashboards and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and secure access
• Collaborate with local and global HR teams to collect, validate, and align data across countries

• Receiving and processing inquiries from the procurement mailbox
• Creating/modifying/closing suppliers in SAP in cooperation with the Finance & Accounting department
• Assigning commodity groups to suppliers

• As an individual contributor and support controlling processes of - beside the Hungarian entity - our cluster companies in Austria and Serbia.
• As an expert in Power BI/query/pivot you will redesign/reshape controlling reports, managing monthly financial closing.
