• Be part of our internal IT team leading the corporation to the next generation SAP ERP system: S/4HANA.
• Design, evaluate and implement technical integration concepts in a hybrid SAP system landscape as well non-SAP on-premise and cloud applications

• You will lead a hybrid business and IT rollout team, managing operations in a dynamic international environment
• Your responsibilities will include implementing SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce across our global Sales & Service sites, based on a centrally integrated template

• Ensure an excellent customer experience in close collaboration with our customers and partners
• Support our customers and partners to solve problems and ensure a noticeable top-level satisfaction
• Continuous improvement of our support quality and infrastructure

• Maintain and support the IFS ERP system, focusing on interface solutions to connect external cloud applications and exploring AI integration.
• Provide backup and troubleshooting for the Qlik Sense BI platform, including resolving availability issues and supporting BI/reporting developments.

• Responsible for handling RICEFW objects within one workstream.
• Be aware of dependencies between business processes.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, especially within the lead developer community.
• Collaborate with the internal global development team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM solutions
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premises) solutions, including customizations and configurations
• Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of CRM projects

• Tackling tasks: Contribute to the digital transformation and further development of SAP BTP and its services.
• Living cooperation: Collaboration with the different stakeholders to evaluate, design, implement, and optimize the different integrations in scope

• Present Sovereign Cloud offering, technical details, and engagement model, managed service offerings to customers and stakeholders.
• Present the technical and value proposition for private cloud on various platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, SCI etc.)

• Integration Project Participation: Contribute to various integration projects, ensuring efficient and reliable communication between systems
• Comprehensive Integration Support: Provide expert support for different middleware systems such as Seeburger BIS 6 and SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
