• Lead and grow a team of product designers across 3-4 squads, fostering collaboration and high design quality.
• Shape the vision for Oviva's Behaviour Change Engine - our core habit-building system - to deliver better patient outcomes.

• Drive strategic design initiatives aligned with customer and user needs, product vision, and company strategy with a focus on SAP Signavio Suite Experience.
• Develop early design concepts and strategically evolve product and value propositions.

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns mainly across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Display, Teads and affiliate networks.
• Drive customer acquisition and traffic growth through performance marketing strategies and paid/organic acquisition channels.

• Support in developing a research plan for early stage/Design Thinking projects
• Support preparing research guidelines, conducting onsite or remote research to explore user needs and validate hypotheses
• Support in documenting and storing research data efficiently
