SOURCING: Participate in creating IT sourcing strategy and execute IT sourcing activities for OTP Group including – but not limited to – these categories: SW licenses, SW maintenance and support services, SW development services, HW infrastructure and banking industry-specific devices (ATM, POS)....

• Leading cross-functional Category Working Groups.  
• Handling the development and implementation of category strategies for assigned categories.  
• Personal decision making on category level supplier awarding for contracting based on value limits.  

• Drive and manage various sourcing and contracting projects of low/medium complexity
• Ensure that the business requirements are well-understood and properly covered in the sourcing process
• Identify value levers and opportunities to enhance value for BP in the marketplace

• Lead global and regional Procurement transformation initiatives
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, governance and documentation
• Drive project execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies and value delivery
• Proactively manage risks, issues and escalation processes

Ensures the implementation and operational follow-up of action plans derived from the strategies defined by the Category Management and/or Procurement Business Partners, in close collaboration with the procurement network and stakeholders...

• Being the Single Point of Contact between End users and Onsite Engineers.
• Understanding and supporting the End-to-End Product Management Lifecycle
• Use of IT Service Management tools including Order Management, Asset Data Handling, Appointment scheduling with End users

• Responsible for the delivery KPIs in the given country, such as transport SLA, on time delivery, POD return etc. 
• Planning and optimizing transport orders
• Delivery note sending & tender releasing to logistics service providers

• Possess strong commercial and negotiation skills, particularly with multi-year agreements.
• Demonstrate robust contracting skills for both initial agreements and ongoing management.
• Exhibit leadership and teamwork, with a focus on collaboration within virtual teams.

• Analyze sales performance, profitability, and key KPIs across product lines.
• Plan and manage the assortment matrix in line with brand positioning and international market needs.
• Identify gaps and opportunities within the current product portfolio.

Drive adherence to contracting core model, working across the enterprise to ensure contracting needs and related services within multi-country organization (MCO) align to contract lifecycle management standards and are integrated as part of the end-to-end contract delivery framework....

• Manage critical material flow and inventory levels between Celanese and tollers
• Lead SAP transaction execution ensuring timely product movement

• Spearhead complex product distribution planning across multiple international shipping locations, ensuring optimal inventory positioning
• Lead coordination with Global Planners to strategically adjust distribution requirements based on market dynamics
