• Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for users (hardware, software, network, and peripherals)
• Diagnose and resolve incidents via ticketing tools (remote & on-site support)
• Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications & user accounts

• Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of HR consulting mandates in close cooperation with our consulting team, e.g. preparation of project documents in English and German, IT support, etc.
• Professional reception and hospitality of (inter-)national clients

• Close cooperation with global process owners to identify process improvement potentials enabled by new technology / applications.
• Continuous analysis, enhancement, and optimization of sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and Global Service Network (Process Consulting).

• Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, services, staff, and vendors of STAAR Surgical AG which includes Swiss and International users (non-US, non Japan, non China)
• Ensure IT infrastructure and systems operate optimally with minimal downtime and unplanned outages

• Act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions and staff management issues within the Embassy.
• Process local payments and purchases using credit cards, raise requisitions, file invoices and documents.
• Supporting the payroll team to ensure staff are paid on time.
