• Lead New Product Introduction projects with R&D, Quality, Operations and our customers, ensuring completion within the specified goals, timeline, quality requirements and budget
• Identify the risks and opportunities during the project and develop strategies for risk mitigation

• Manage the development of industrial processes for new products or improvements.
• Oversee manufacturing risk assessment activities.
• Define strategies and action plans.
• Organize test execution and ensure the completion and follow-up of studies, trial batches, and process validations.

PURPOSE: Manage project plans through the New Product Introduction process, from Technical proposal to customers to Industrialization and start of serial production.
