• Oversees local OCM, communication and training activities
• Manages local stakeholder assessment and impact assessment
• Manages local organizational impact analysis and change plan
• Coordinates stakeholder specific activities together with comms and training

Understand clients' business needs to align IT strategies effectively....

• Translate business needs into data and product requirements, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
• Execute the roadmap for data generation, data science, and AI projects aligned with the digital R&D strategy.

• Assess processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define actionable solutions.
• Define the needs for application and data landscape to enable automation and AI integration.

• Own and optimize the end-to-end service delivery of Microsoft Copilot across M365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Loop, Copilot Agents)
• Drive adoption and usability improvements by collaborating with internal stakeholders and Microsoft product teams

• Implementation and maintenance of applications
• Build user-friendly Web Forms for healthcare and administrative processes.
• Third-party application integration, complex SQL requests development (Sybase ASE).
• Optimize the global stability and performance of the system.

• Serving as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
