• Lead internal and external projects that operate within our established standards.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities to ensure on-time, high-quality results.
• Act as a bridge between business development and operational teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Oversee daily operations of data platforms and pipelines to deliver accurate, timely data to business teams.
• Track and report on operational KPIs such as data uptime, freshness, and incident response.

• Translate business needs into data and product requirements, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
• Execute the roadmap for data generation, data science, and AI projects aligned with the digital R&D strategy.

• Own ERP processes and master-data governance: define policies, ensure compliance with FDA, MDR, ISO, and internal standards.
• Act as ERP expert: configure workflows, resolve issues, implement improvements, and audit data accuracy.

• Identifying and coordinating the inter-dependencies among projects, products, and other important strategic initiatives across an organization
• Overseeing a whole program, which could be split into sub-projects managed by different project managers

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA globally
• Manage project plans, scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Drive delivery of project milestones and ensure successful go-live and stabilization phases

• Be a part of the bank's risk function (2nd Line of Defense), report to the Deputy CISO and collaborate closely with 1st Line of Defense teams.
• Maintain and update the target measure catalogue, ensuring all measures align with N26 information security standards.

• Management and control of IT projects from planning to implementation

• Support of the global CRM Manager in administrative tasks as well as in the implementation of best practices
• CRM first-line support for Salesforce managers and IT in local subsidiaries
• Creation of Veeva and Salesforce reports
• Setting up new users in Veeva and Salesforce

• Leading the implementation and rollout of a new CPQ software from the business perspective
• Serving as a subject matter expert for our CPQ software and related pricing processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives
