• Maintain a comprehensive register of all rework, retrofit, and modification activities for the BOXER vehicle and its variants.
• Track progress of open rework/retrofit tasks with industrial partners and suppliers, ensuring clear status visibility at all times.

Take ownership for Engineering activities for the projects. Consult the Sales, Application and Execution organization on critical contract execution requirements. Mitigate Risk and resolve critical discussions with internal and external stakeholders....

• Lead and manage all activities within the assigned module throughout the series lifecycle.
• Ensure achievement of targets related to function, cost, weight, quality, and timing.
• Implement changes of varying complexity (S–XXL) according to BMW processes (GAMSNext, PQMNext, PKR).
