• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB and IAS/IFRS)
• Determintation, reconciliation and posting of prepaid expenses and accruals as well as other items of the general ledger
• Monthly reconciliation of various general ledger accounts

• Oversight of the Finance & HR Department, including direct management of one team member and reporting directly to the CFO France.
• Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.

• Act as the key financial partner for the German leadership team, supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the German market.

• Monitor and analyze financial risks within the group: liquidity, currency, interest rate, and counterparty risks
• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies for financial risk management across the group
