• You are part of a team who is responsible for the global infrastructure services (planning, design, installation and administration)
• You ensure the proper service delivery of the entitled end to end services (network infrastructure, Storage, Server, VM, interfaces, â¦)

• Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including user lifecycle, conditional access policies, MFA, identity protection, and application integrations.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for device management (Windows, iOS), compliance policies, and application deployment.

• Test and select hardware components and systems
• Test and configure hardware-related software
• Provide support for hardware components, systems, and hardware-related software
• Develop test scripts
• Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments

• Provide expert-level Tier 3 troubleshooting and resolution of complex customer issues for VIAVI's Transport and ONE LabPro products.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, product management and T1/T2 support to investigate and resolve customer issues.
