• Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the OmnissaTM Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE®

• You will act as a point of contact to support new employees' introduction to our systems (hardware, software, mobile services), provide help with onboarding and be available to answer questions.

• You handle support requests via our internal ticketing system and provide first-level support, e.g., for SAP HCM-related questions, login issues, or password resets.
• You forward more complex cases to the second- or third-level support and ensure that all necessary information is complete.

• Champion an enhanced client experience across supported locations by proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Maintains key performance metrics (KPIs) related to service quality, efficiency, and customer experience to drive continuous improvement and client productivity.

• Coordination of system and segment operation as much as the service engineering team
