Assist in driving the cluster's working group “Process Chains and Monitoring” forward, in close collaboration with the two working group leaders (Prof. Andreas Fischer, Dr. Matthias Steinbacher). • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions
• Review and interpret complex RFPs and RFQs, guiding the team in crafting tailored responses
• Organize, direct and motivate multidiscipline proposal preparation teams

• Perform structural and dynamic simulations using LS-DYNA for automotive and battery applications, including vibration and dynamic load scenarios
• Conduct electro-thermal modeling in ANSYS Workbench and APDL
• Develop and optimize thermal management systems for Li-ion batteries

• Provide hands-on support to customers, including on-site visits to trouble­shoot their processing and optimize the fill / finish opera­tions
