PURPOSE: Manage project plans through the New Product Introduction process, from Technical proposal to customers to Industrialization and start of serial production. Plan the different project execution phases and customer project gateways, which also includes resources alignment, risk mitigation...

• Developing the design of new catheters from conception to complete product.
• Designing products with a focus on efficacy, manufacturability, and operational safety.
• Collaborating with cross-functional team members throughout product development phases to ensure program success.

• Electromagnetic design of the HTS magnets, including the design of a prototype coil
• Construction of the HTS magnet: thermomechanical simulations, definition of instrumentation, cryogenic engineering
• Creation of manufacturing drawings for the magnet system
• Manufacturing support for the coils and magnets

• Coordination of system and segment operation as much as the service engineering team
• Coordination of technical and operational System Level aspects with the operations managers (MOMs, SOMs and others) and engineers of the Centers and Segments

• Conceptualizing and creating PLC software within the framework of machine and module development, product maintenance, and customer projects in an interdisciplinary context, considering functional, safety, and time requirements
• Developing and testing machine/module prototypes

• Act as the primary interface for government and special mission customers, managing all communication, coordination, and reporting.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable work scopes for internal teams.

• Implement and maintain quality procedures in accordance with ISO
• Lead or support internal audits.
• Manage and drive the internal non-conformities process until issues resolutions.
• Manage Non conform product segregation and containment actions.
