• Drive lead and opportunity generation
• Responsible for planning and activating global marketing initiatives
• Optimize processes, campaign execution, and resource utilization to ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to continuously improve marketing performance and ROI

• Assisting in the research and preparation for reports, presentations, and analyses. Dashboard Updates incl. Q&A screening.
• Supporting project management (e.g. preparing meetings, meeting documentation, creation & adaption of presentations, translations, follow-ups).

• Supporting our product owners to drive the development of their products
• Writing meeting minutes and ensuring effective communication between team members
• Creating and updating training materials for new products in collaboration with our Global Training Management Team in India

• Develop and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the digital bank, covering awareness, acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention
• Develop and lead the marketing function governance framework
• Own brand positioning, digital campaigns, media strategy, and creative direction
