PURPOSE: Manage project plans through the New Product Introduction process, from Technical proposal to customers to Industrialization and start of serial production. • Build and develop profitable business relationships with both existing and new clients in Switzerland.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships, foster trust and initiate new projects.

• Lead New Product Introduction projects with R&D, Quality, Operations and our customers, ensuring completion within the specified goals, timeline, quality requirements and budget
• Identify the risks and opportunities during the project and develop strategies for risk mitigation

• You will lead a hybrid business and IT rollout team, managing operations in a dynamic international environment
• Your responsibilities will include implementing SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce across our global Sales & Service sites, based on a centrally integrated template

• Translate business needs into data and product requirements, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
• Execute the roadmap for data generation, data science, and AI projects aligned with the digital R&D strategy.

• Strategic leadership and coordination of a Key-Account Team in EU including aligning team resources and structure in order to effectively execute the sales strategy.
• Direct management of the Key-Account Team including annual reviews and objective setting in line with corporate objectives.
