Take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes (focus on direct purchasing) within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle as well as the IT landscape to support our divisional goals and set new standards...

• Planning and initiation of business cases, definition of the project scope, objectives and deliverables. This includes gathering requirements, assessing feasibility and developing a project plan that aligns with organizational goals
• Monitoring of timelines and budget

• Collaborate with departments to identify, document, and technically implement high-impact AI use cases across the organization
• Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to various teams and roles

• Establish and monitor metrics for efficiency, communication, and satisfaction to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team in our production centers across Germany
• Prepare reports to support decision-making related to capacity planning and incentive systems
