Contributing to and leading special advisory projects (e.g. business traveler, equity-based compensation advice, mobility technology, etc.) while ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business driven approach is taken...

• Provide strategic legal advice on international commodity trading transactions, including sales, shipping, and storage contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as sale and purchase agreements, intercompany agreements, charter parties, and other related contracts.
