Advising on the current regulatory regime in EMEA, including both product-specific and platform wide European regulations such as MiFID, CRD, ESG rules, EMIR, PRIIPS, AIFMD and PSD2, and relevant national regimes such as the FCA Handbook in the UK or BaFin rules in Germany....

Provide strategic legal guidance to the European Purchasing organization on supplier contracts, negotiations, disputes, and commercially relevant decisions across key material and service categories....

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the executive team and board
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, NDAs, complex partnership agreements and other licensing deals
